Our solution consists of two phases. The first phase will occur upon obtaining proper funding for the program. Once funds have been obtained to fund this phase, we will immediately begin processing applications that once approved will allow the applicants to remain in their current housing situation on a temporary basis by receiving a private housing subsidy each month through The Golden Years Project until the subsidy recipient has acquired permanent affordable housing at an existing affordable housing community. The approval process will be similarly based off of the current HUD Section 202/8 Program.

The second phase consists of strategically partnering with investors, developers, and joint venture capital groups so that we may acquire and develop new affordable housing communities in the highly affected areas in our nation where more affordable housing units are needed.
